RETURN POLICY & How to Process a Return:

Items purchased online only from Coco Goose are eligible for a full refund if returned by mail, or to our store within 14 days of receiving. You will have up to 30 days after items have been purchased to return for store credit, or make an exchange. Please place the Sales Order Receipt in with the item(s) you are returning when you ship them back, so we can identify the Order Number for the Return.

Holiday return Policy: Items must be received by January 1st ( or 14 days of purchase if later)

Items purchased in store are eligible for store credit only within 14 days of purchase.

Shipping charges are nonrefundable, and return shipping labels are not provided. Items typically will ship out same day if ordered before 2pm. Shipping can take 3-5 business days, depending on location (could be longer for west coast areas), and if weather permits.

Your return will be processed as soon as we receive your item(s), and must be within the return policy timeline. We are not liable for missing packages. We are not liable for issues with shipping delays, and can not change shipping times when it has been released to the shipping carrier.

Please note: we do not ship product during weekends, or holidays.



Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:

Shoes: Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface. Always try on shoes on carpet. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes.
Lingerie: Please try on over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove protective slip.
Tops and Dresses: Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.

Sale Items: Final Sale, and are not eligible for a refund, or store credit.
