Items purchased from Coco Goose’s online store are eligible for a full refund if returned by mail, or to one of our physical locations within 14 days of receiving. If your item(s) is/are returned after 14 days of receiving but within 30 days of purchase date, your return is eligible for store credit or exchange only. In store purchases are only eligible for store credit only within the 14 days of purchase. Coupon codes do not apply to sale items.

Include your Sales Order Receipt (found in your original package) with the item(s) you are returning. This will ensure that we match your return with the correct purchase. Return shipping charges are non-refundable and a return shipping label is not provided. Returns can take up to 5 business days to be processed and credited back to the original payment. REQUIRED CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused and with all original tags attached. Any signs of wear or use will deem your items ineligible for return. Please see below for product specific guidelines before you return your item(s).
Shoes: Shoes scuff very easily on hard surfaces. Always try on shoes on carpet. Shoe boxes are an important part of product presentation and must be returned undamaged and along with all protective packaging within the box.
Lingerie: Please try on over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove protective slip.
Tops and Dresses: Please be careful of makeup or deodorant while trying on your garments.
All items in our sale section are FINAL SALE and not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.

Coco Goose automatically applies FREE STANDARD SHIPPING FOR ALL ORDERS OVER $150! We strive to ship items out same day if ordered by 2pm EST, but we are a small team so please be patient if your item does not ship until the next day! Our warehouses are located in the North East, so shipping times may vary depending on destination, but typically arrive within 3-5 business days for standard shipping, and within 1-2 business days for express shipping. Please be advised that shipping times may vary based on weather patterns throughout the US, especially during the winter months. Coco Goose is not liable for missing packages or shipping delays once the item has reached the carrier facility. We do not ship items on weekends or holidays. Please keep that in mind when estimating your purchase arrival time.
