The Denim I Added to My Fall Rotation: Closed Tori X
I added this to my own fall wardrobe after swearing I already had enough barrel jeans, and it's genuinely different.
The Fit
It's more of a cross between a barrel and a very relaxed, full-length wide leg, so you get that easy, current shape without the leg tapering in the way a true barrel does. The fit is subtle through the hip, so you still get shape, but the leg stays loose all the way down. I'm loving the return of the mid-rise too, and this particular non-stretch denim is forgiving and easy to wear.
How to Style It
It comes in two lengths, so if you love your jeans puddling on the floor the way I do, you can go long, or keep it more polished with the shorter option. Available in dark grey and my favorite, dark blue, a wash that feels rich and elevated, and one I'll be sporting all season. I'll be wearing the Tori X with a pointy toed boot, but a loafer or low-profile sneaker would be fabulous too. Don't sleep on this one.
