Points are good for one year. Just make sure to keep your account active and they are yours to use.

Once activated, your rewards are yours indefinitely. Take your time and enjoy them.

We want every purchase to be right for you. Please note that points earned on a returned purchase will be removed from your balance.

Your gift is delivered on your birthday. If you happen to join within 30 days of your birthday your gift will be saved for next year.

We wish we could but unfortunately once an order is completed we are not able to apply points after the fact. The good news is your points are still there waiting for your next purchase.
