Coco Goose offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders over $150. We strive to ship items out the same day if ordered by 1 pm EST. Please allow 3-5 business days for standard shipping, and 1-3 business days for express shipping. Be advised that shipping times may vary based on weather patterns throughout the US, especially during the winter months. Also, our warehouse is  located in the Northeast, so shipping times may vary depending on destination. Coco Goose is not liable for missing packages or shipping delays once the item has reached the carrier facility. We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays. 

RETURN POLICY FOR SHOPCOCOGOOSE.COM  (Online Orders Only)

Items purchased from Coco Goose’s online store are eligible for a full-refund if returned by mail, or to one of our store locations within 14 days of receiving. If your item(s) is/are returned after 14 days of receiving but within 30 days of the purchase date, your return is eligible for store credit or exchange only. (In-store purchases are eligible for store credit only within 14 days of purchase.)

Return shipping charges are non-refundable, and a return shipping label is not provided. Returns can take up to 5 business days to be processed and will be credited back to the original payment.
