SHIPPING

Coco Goose offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders over $150. Please allow 3-8 business days for standard shipping, 1-3 business days for express shipping, and overnight if ordered by 1 pm EST. Be advised that shipping times may vary based on weather patterns throughout the US, especially during the winter months. Coco Goose is not liable for missing packages or shipping delays once the item has reached the carrier facility. We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays.

 

RETURN POLICY FOR SHOPCOCOGOOSE.COM  (Online Orders Only) 

Items purchased from Coco Goose’s online store are eligible for a full-refund if returned by mail, or to one of our store locations within 14 days of receiving. If your item(s) is/are returned after 14 days of receiving but within 30 days of the purchase date, your return is eligible for store credit or exchange only. (In-store purchases are eligible for store credit only within 14 days of purchase.) All Sale Items are Final Sale. No exceptions. 

 

HOW TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN FROM SHOPCOCOGOOSE.COM
To initiate a return for an online purchase, simply log-in to your account using the profile icon. Tap “Request a Return.”

Sign In by entering your email and checking for a 6-digit code to log in.

Pick the order and select the items you would like to return and choose a reason.

Once approved, you’ll get return instructions and a printable label, and you may ship it back to us. (Note: An $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.) Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive your return.

We want you to love your purchases made in-store! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer options to help you find the perfect fit.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • Items purchased in-store may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

  • While we don’t offer refunds, we’re always here to help you find something you’ll love.

To Be Eligible for Return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused, with all original tags attached.

Helpful Tips for a Smooth Return:

  •  Shoes: Try them on over carpet to prevent scuffing. Please return them in their original, undamaged box.

  •  Lingerie: Try on over underwear and leave the protective slip in place for hygienic reasons.

  •  Tops & Dresses: Be mindful of makeup and deodorant when trying items on.

Final Sale Items:

  • We love a good deal, but please note that sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
