HOLIDAY SHIPPING GUIDELINES

To ensure your order arrives before Christmas:

Standard Shipping – Order by December 14
Express Shipping – Order by December 19
Overnight Shipping – Order by December 22

EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS

We've extended our return window for the holiday season! Purchases made between November 7 and December 24, 2025 may be returned for refund or store credit until January 2, 2026, or within 14 days of purchase, whichever is later.

Items must be unworn and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Original proof of purchase or gift receipt required.

All sale items are final sale.

Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $150.

Delivery Times:

  • Standard: 3–8 business days
  • Express: 1–3 business days
  • Overnight: Next day when ordered by 1:00 PM EST

Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather conditions. Once your package reaches the carrier, Coco Goose cannot be held responsible for delays or missing items. We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays.


FLEXIBLE RETURN OPTIONS FOR ONLINE ORDERS

Returns within 14 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund. Returns between 14–30 days from purchase date are eligible for store credit or exchange.

HOW TO RETURN AN ONLINE ORDER

Returning an item is simple:

  1. Log in to your account using the profile icon
  2. Select "Request a Return"
  3. Enter your email and verification code
  4. Choose your order and items, then select a reason
  5. Print your prepaid return label and ship back to us

A $8 return shipping fee applies and will be deducted from your refund.

RETURN OPTIONS FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES

We want you to absolutely love every piece. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

In-store purchases may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original box.

All sale items are final sale.
