Position Purpose

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in driving sales, coaching the team, delivering exceptional customer service and managing daily store operations.

The ASM should be viewed as a Store Manager in development, not simply a senior salesperson.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor.
• Coach stylists.
• Open and close the store.
• Manage daily goals.
• Support scheduling.
• Develop customers.
• Execute visual standards.
• Assist with inventory.
• Handle customer concerns.
• Train new employees.
• Assume Store Manager responsibilities when the Manager is unavailable.
