MARKETING DIRECTOR

Position Purpose

The Marketing Director is responsible for generating profitable customer growth and building awareness of Coco Goose nationally.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop annual marketing strategy and budget.
• Own customer acquisition strategy.
• Manage Google, Meta, Pinterest and other paid channels.
• Manage agency relationships.
• Oversee email and SMS strategy.
• Develop customer segmentation.
• Build retention and win-back programs.
• Develop the loyalty strategy.
• Coordinate promotions.
• Manage influencer and creator partnerships.
• Lead PR opportunities.
• Develop local store marketing.
• Measure marketing effectiveness.

Marketing Must Be Accountable To

• CAC
• MER
• ROAS
• New customers
• Customer retention
• LTV
• Email/SMS revenue
• Marketing contribution margin

The objective isn't simply to generate traffic.

It is to profitably acquire and retain Coco Goose customers.
